How long do villagers sing for?

I didn’t want to disturb him so I stood there watching.
Phil came along and started singing as well. I’m sure we’ve all been here for more than 20 minutes :O

I've had villagers singing for hours, and I mean HOURS. I'd definitely like to know any definitive answer as well ahaha!

sydney was singing for a solid 30 minutes today. it was really cute to farm bugs with her lil song in the background. i feel like i may get annoyed if a disliked villager even dares to sing, though.

Honestly, the villager AI so far seems one of the best in the series. Not as good, IMO, as the original AC, from what I've seen, but pretty close.

Sprocket was serenading Mabel earlier on my island. He kept stopping if he felt like I was watching him though. I had to hide behind a tree and peek at him, otherwise he would stop and wander around.

Renee sings literally every day in my town for hours on end. One time, she literally spent an entire day just singing in the plaza.

she can go on for the whole night ^^

Puddles in my town can sing for hours when she randomly decides to do so. She doesn't do it often, but when she does... it is all she does. Then Zucker will join in.

Rosie sang for a couple of minutes then walked away. I came back about 20 minutes later and she'd wandered back and started to sing again. No other villagers though, just her, on her own. I wish I could've joined her!

Ok flo songs like all the time and it's hilarious because she'll just sing at people who are minding their business, she sings so often I'm more surprised when she's not singing lol I've gotten attached to her because of it lol also cuz she sends me letters a lot lol
Also I've only ever had Colton, Eugene (he's gone now), and flo sing, so I thought only certain personalities could do it but sounds like others can too so idk why my others don't lol

Haha, I have my kangaroo villager, Sylvia, sing forever, ALL the time. However, I find my villagers doing certain things for looooong periods of time, like Maple was staring at some flower with a magnifying glass for about an hour tonight!

Before I restarted, I once saw marina singing for like a couple of hours. Cutest thing was that she was singing the kk song I was playing outdoors not just a random song

today audie sang for a solid 30 minutes and agnes sat down on the plaza and watched her little performance it was adorable. i swear the little song gets stuck in my head and i find myself humming it without knowing lol

I had Marina sing for three freaking hours yesterday. She's cute, and it was really sweet, but I wanted to put in earplugs by the end.

I was so relieved when she finally stopped and sat under a tree to rest! Then she started up again five minutes later... I saved the game and quit for the night.
