Looks pretty solid to me.
Personally I would have Porygon-Z with Adaptability, Silk scarf, and the moves:
Thunder,
Tri-Attack,
Conversion,
and Recover

Adaptability increases the power of moves the same type as the user, so having a silk scarf would mean Tri-Attack one-shots most pokemon, or at least do massive damage, and if you have to, use Conversion to change into electric form. That way you only have one weakness and Thunder will get a boost from it's ability.
But, that's just me

I'll definitely try that out! I'm using porygon2 instead of Porygon-Z for a perfect switch in wall (you probably already know that) silk scarf ups normal type moves, right?

Yes, Silk scarf does boost normal moves, like I said with Adaptability Tri-Attack will get an even bigger boost
