How finished is your ACNL town? As in rating-wise?

Is your town in average condition? Pretty new? Perfect? Let me know!

It's been average for 2 years now and I've given up on a perfect rating my town is 100% complete in my eyes so I don't want to destroy/rebuild pwps and cut down trees anymore :'( I miss the random Jacob ladders popping up here and there though like in my reset town.

It feels really crowded but it's very organized and I love the paths. It can still be improved though and I'm waiting for Public Works Projects like the Pyramid and Sphinx. I'm planning to build three alternate characters based around Harry Potter and I still have a really long way to go

A stagnant perfect status. I really dislike the jacob's ladders. I didn't mind them at first and put them each on whatever flower grid I'm breeding. Now they're everywhere.

I feel like my perfect status would dip once in awhile but I guess not. I gave away about 9 of them for free. So I'm just hoarding them in a section of my town for later use of trading fodder material.

Canaan is finished. I wouldn't call it "perfect", but the layout is done and I've built all the PWPs I need. Diamond needs some serious work.

I believe my town is finished. Maybe i could use another player for more patterns but I wouldnt know where to put the player since im happy with the layout & everything as it is. I also have too much items like gems & freebies on the ground that stop me from having a 100% town rating. :[

Perfect, pretty much. I mean, there is some junk I leave on the ground, but it's mostly tidy and I got a perfect rating on it long ago.
