How exactly do you use the "multi-quote" feature?

I've never quiet figured out how to use it, if i want to multiquote i just click "reply with quote" for all i want to reply to and copy and paste them into the post, but i'm guessing multi-quote would be easier than doing this, so anyone care to help?

Press multi-quote for all that you want to reply to, then when you've ticked them all hit the reply with quote button.
