Certain boards allow you to do reopen threads yourself, using the administrative tab as shown:



If the option isn't available, PM a staff member and they can reopen it for you.

Actually, you should just report it. All mods will be able to see it, and it gets locked faster.

Yes, but the OP asked how to reopen a closed thread, not lock an active one. Of course you can just report the thread in question and request a reopen if you'd prefer, but the option to do it yourself is available in many of the boards.
