How does Isabelle know?

When I logged in around 2 days ago, Isabelle said Henry is moving out today. This made me sit and think for a second. How does she know when someone is moving or moving in? You never really seem to see her outside. I just thought that was a little weird.

I like to think Isabelle has everyone under her thumb and when you aren't in town she's rebellious and makes everyone keep it a secret from you. I think she's the real one that plots their houses too. She puts them in the most horrifying spots to get back at you for being able to leave the Town Hall whenever you want.

^ She must also go through our lockers to see the papers that we have on what we want. Thats why Lolly came up to me and said that I ordered a Exotic Chest... it all makes sense now.

At the beginning of the game she mentions you need a place to live before you can get a TPC, so you have to file the paperwork to leave too lol.
