You can earn bells by posting. You get 2 bells per post. You can also get bells from selling things at TBT Forum Store, and from winning contests at TBT, such as TBT Trivia.

Also, I know you're new, but please, in the future, put all of your questions in the Tech Support Board. I won't move this one, though.
