After classes (particularly the ones with labs), I like to play some new leaf or make some aimless doodles to try to relieve some fatigue. Stretching helps too.
I like reading. Also, I started to learn how to crochet, so I'm making a scarf (rectangles are the only thing I can make so far) while watching YouTube videos.
I take a warm shower, get in comfy clothes, curl up in a HELLA soft blanket, light some candles in the dark, and play my ds or watch some movies with my kitties and boyfriend or newborn <3333
if I'm not watching something or playing my games then I'll sometimes play some music and wash my face or whatever too.
Play ACNL, nap, watch a favorite movie, or watch some youtube videos.
It really just depends on what I'm feeling like. Usually some time to myself helps no matter what I end up doing. I just need some space when I need to recharge.
i like taking a bath or reading or both at the same time lol if im stressed out or do little things that would take my mind off things like cleaning my room or smth else small it just feels good to have a clean room u know????
otherwise i kinda just play acnl, watch youtube or netflix, vvvv basic
i like to listen to music and talk to my boyfriend. after a long stressful day im just done with life and want to avoid interaction with anyone i dont know or like
It's nice to unwind and relax... with a campfire song. :3...
Really though I would probably just lay down... think on stuff... watch tv... play something...
There are plenty of things to do in life .
I work. And I do more work. I love work. It helps me relax. My hand is totally not swelling due to too much work. That is a sign that I'm doing good work. Give me more work. It tastes great.
Just kiddin', I just lay down on bed and listen to some music. On certain occasions, I put on some TWD or MLP on Netflix while playing New Leaf.
But most of the time, I just lay down and not really care about my gosh darn surroundings.
I go to the shop for some light snacks, have a nice warm bath, light fairy lights, put on warm PJs, then lie in my cosy bed while drinking tea and eating snacks and sitting on my phone or tablet, or playing New Leaf.
I like to watch YouTube videos or do Online window shopping or browse Pinterest or just read about my favourite topics.
Practising Nihon Buyo helps me unwind too, but in general relaxing is my favourite way.
Getting moving in other ways too- going ice skating, playing volleyball, going swimming, on a walk, just sitting outside- that helps me unwind too, though it depends on my mood and level of fatigue.
Whenever I feel down and tired I tend to splash my face in very cold water. It gets my energy up. Drinking green tea helps too.
I never take naps because they leave me feeling very tired, and even if it's just a 15-minute nap it rarely ends up being like that because I just turn off my alarm and keep sleeping, then I wake up at 7pm wondering what year it is and then going to sleep at 2am due to not being tired enough >-> So I just don't take naps. Can't trust myself, lol.
My favourite snacks include dango (that I make myself, given that I have mochiko), Aloe Vera drinks, Milky Way bars, chewy candies, caramel flavoured white chocolate and mint candies, and much much more.
To make it even better I can hang my PJs on my radiator, put my bedsheets outside in the cold air during the day; that makes it much much cosier...
