How do you think Wilbur saves you from the wasps/tarantulas/scorpions every time you faint on a Mystery Island?

These are all excellent theories. I'd like to propose the idea that he removes his sunglasses. The ruffians are so intimidated by his gaze that they scatter immediately. Alternatively, his sunglasses are his power limiter. Removing them allows him to fight at full strength; mere bugs are no match.
Upon removing them, he enters the Avatar state. He is in his true, final form, and no one dares go up against such a terrifying individual.

I'm not sure how he pulls an island rep from danger but afterwards I think there might be some beak-to-mouth resuscitation involved.

I think I saw a comic somewhere of Wilbur complaining about having to try not to get poisoned when giving the player CPR (since the player got stung by a tarantula).

i usually have my wet suit so i run to the pier and dive. for that one small chance i get stung. I think i get reincarnated from one of HIS eggs.

I think he's got a deal with the bugs. They get to bite/sting, but then they have to drag our sorry butts over to the dock. He takes it from there.

I mean, the bugs probably drag us home when we faint on our island, so it's sort of the same.

I don't think he saves you per se, but in my imagination, I feel like he just feels like it's been too long after maybe oh...645 hours before he barely attempts to look for you and he finds you laying there passed out and just stares at you or maybe pokes you with a stick until you wake up and then acts like he helped somehow lol...But hey that's just me! I love the dodos so much though, I do! =^.^=

<--- (don't mind her, she's silly...)
