Tbh I hope the human species is all dead, even though if we died some other animal would evolve to take our place in ruining everything. So I guess there's no winning.

i think during our lifetimes there will be a movement of people who bolt antennae onto their skulls, implant circuitry, and directly interface with the internet. i think by the end of the century that cybernetic connection to some degree will become the norm. (imagine the spectre of cybercrooks hacking, well, somebody's mind/body! "it's not my fault i was speeding officer, i was hacked!")

i also think that humans will colonize Mars, with the possibility of some sort of genetic changes evolving due to differing types of radiation exposure there-- nothing drastic, just evolving to withstand radiation somehow...
