How do you spend TBT bells?

Sorry if this question sounds silly, but I've accumulated a decent amount of bells and I'd like to spend them. I remember seeing it a while ago but I can't seem to find it again. Thank you ^^

Click on the "Shop" tab under the banner. From there you'll be able to browse the available items. If you see something you like, just click "Purchase" and it'll be added to your Cart. when you're done, click "View Cart/Checkout" to confirm your purchase.
