How do you search for a phrase on TBT?

Let's say I want to search Re-Tail posts for "Blue Argyle Shirt", but I DON'T want to come up with every post that has "blue" "argyle" and "shirt" in it. Is there a way (maybe using plus signs or quotes or something) to search the complete phrase versus individual words?

Does this question even make any sense?

I'm pretty sure if you use quotes it'll just search the entire phrase.
