How do you put sauce on your burgers?

I put ketchup on my burg. or cheese sauce!

I don't eat burgers at restaurants (homemade is much healthier usually) and if I do want sauce it's ketchup squirted just a blob in the middle of the meat and then squished with the bun on top.

It depends. If I want mayo with it then I put it right on the burger, but if I want barbecue sauce with it too, then I dip it in a cup
