How do you prefer to get rid of your unwanted flowers?

I was playing in my town earlier today and I had to deal with pesky flowers popping up everywhere (that's beautiful ordinance for ya). While doing so, I was thinking: "How does anyone else prefer to do it?". Because eventually, it gets a bit annoying to the point where I'd just dig up the flowers rather than to pick them up and sell it.

I'm curious to how you folks do it.

Dig them up, they're not worth the time to sell all of them imo

It mostly will depend on how many there are. If it is normal flowers such as dandelions and non-hybrids while excluding carnations, I will just sell them in Re-Tail typically in my town. Any other flowers I will sell on here; I am picky about it since flowers take up a tonnn of inner storage space if you cannot place them elsewhere. If I am looking to get things done quick, then I will use a shovel. I am hesitant using the shovel however if there is a bunch of other landscaping close by.

Haha. I smiled when seeing this, I usually just run over them. I don't have the patience to pick them up and go and sell them. I hate talking to the people in shops as it always feels so slow to me (i'm just an impatient person, it really isn't that slow heh). It's just my way of having fun while getting rid of some easy stuff

I just sell them to Re-Tail. I feel kind of bad running them over (even though they're not even real) so I take the extra bit of time to get rid of them that way.

It depends on the type of flower. If they're common flowers that I have no intention of using, I pick them up while making my rounds and sell them at Retail with everything else I've accumulated (gifts from villagers, ore from the ore rock, bamboo shoots that I dig up daily). If they're hybrids or flowers I plan on using in the near future, I store them.

When I have an open plot and I'm waiting for a new villager to move in, I fill the plot with flowers that I would otherwise sell. This keeps the ore rock from spawning in the place I want a villager to go and their house takes care of the unwanted flowers for me.

Depending on how many there are, I either dig them up, sell em, or maybe do a giveaway if there's a ton.

If they're hybrids I'd usually give them away or sell them depending. Mostly if I'm visiting other people's towns though I would give a few over to the host, just as a little thank you gift! Especially with close friends; I just love making people happy!

I try to sell them but I always get distracted by something halfway through so my town is still,,, drowning in flowers to this day ))) sometimes I run through them but only very rarely so that I don't give myself bad habits?

my town is getting ridiculously overrun with them rn, the only downside of the beautiful town ordinance lol

I have a patch of red & yellow flowers (colours I don't use too much in town) in front of my station for visitors to take if they want. When the patch grows too large, I just dig a few up.. I used to sell them, but I've gotten a little lazy with it I sometimes still will do that though!

I'll sell them usually, but if I'm feeling particularly lazy and my inventory is full, I may just run on them.

I used to put them in my storage space and give them away, but now I dig them up since it's much faster.
