How do you make sigs?

How do you make a sig? Most people make them but I don't even know where you create them...Is there a program?

Yes it's called GIMP. But some people use Photoshop as well.

And don't think you can just start using it to make perfect signatures, like I did when i first started. It takes a lot of practice to get good. I started 6 months ago and I'm still pretty bad.
