How do you make polls?

i'm sorry if this question is stupid, but i'm pretty new to TBT + forums in general. i'd love to make a poll, but i'm not sure how to! if you could help i'd love that!

When you make a new thread, there is an option to start a poll near the left-bottom of the page, under the text box.
