How do you guys make spoiler and etc?

So, I've been seeing these really cool cycling threads with the little characters and stuff. But I can't seem to make a proper "spoiler" ://// if anyone knows how to do that, I would really appreciate the help!

edit: does anyone also know where to get the villager pictures?

As far as the villager picture goes, you have to max out the friendship for the official one. But Harvey also has photographs of every villager. You just have to use them in his house, then you can buy the photo from the Nook Shopping service in the town hall. This also counts for amiibos that don't live on your island, you can just scan them in on Harvey's Island and their photos will be available for purchase as well.
