its totaly random... but in nookingtons everyday he has a slingshot, fishing rod, bug net, shovel, watering can, axe, and timer

Anyway, never mind, I got a slingshot! I can't believe I didn't check the part of Nook'N Go where the stuff like the axes and timers and stuff were sold. >_<

Where Nook's has the different tools, a couple a day, it is one of those tools.
