how do you get the golden and / or gorgeous exteriors?

I believe you have to get a certain number of HHA points from the second HHA interior/exterior challenge.

Do the theme challenge (after you pay your house loan fully) and the score has to be 1,100,000 points. Then all golden exteriors are unlocked

Edit: The first is the golden roof with 300,000 points.
