So I never go to the island, but is that the only way to get tan? I really want a tan, and I play the game ALOT... Any suggestions?

I never go to the island... and I'm really tanned...
But I want to get rid of it!
You need to be outside from 6AM - 6PM with no hat or umbrella on. It must be clear and sunny.

Go to the island and stay some time under the sun.
To get rid of the tan, simply enter a building.

Island every day or town in your village is having a sunny day. Has to be every day and the tan develops very gradually. Don't bother if you TT backward for the 2/2 trick, you'll lose your tan. Learned that lesson the hard way...

Ooh, so now I can TT a bad villager out AND lose my tan!!!
Bonus for you! I liked my tan, but won't bother working on it until my last 3 villagers are moved in.
