How do you feel about the result of this popularity poll?

I was starting to do a poll tournament a while back to find the One True Villager. I gave it up because it would have taken way too long. Then, I found this poll. Explanation and Results .

Most of it was what I expected, but I was really depressed to see Nan place so low. You guys, she's the cutest. She was my best friend in City Folk. She makes a little flute chime when she talks. Similarly, it was shocking to only see two wolves in the "Dreamie" category. Most people here, I think, would snap up a wolf in a heartbeat. I know I felt really pleased when I saw Skye in my campsite.

What do you guys think? Any surprises, upsets?

I think a lot of people labelled him "Highly Undesirable" just because they're sick of him. I know I did.

I have a huge problem with this list...

First of all, why Marina? She's so overrated, I like Octavian MUCH better than her.

I really want T-Bone, I'm upset that he's at the bottom

WHY IS FANG SO POPULAR!?! I like some simple villagers, but Fang's just...blah. Skye is waaay to overrated.

That was another surprise. The last surprise to me was how low Maelle was. I know she isn't desirable, but I didn't think so many people hated her and some of the other ducks (like Joey).

I didn't know Harry was so hated I do admit that I hated him at first, but now he's one of my favorites! He has given me two pictures now
But wow, he's the least favorite villager EVER according to this poll. At least I'll have someone unique in my town compared to others :3

A few things; people pay MILLIONS for Julian, Punchy, Tangy ( I once saw her go for like 50 million), and when I had Mira moving out of my town on tumblr I got like...60+ messages asking for her when I put her in one of those adoption tumblrs.
Chrissy and Francine probably go around the 'desirable' area.

I don't get how Clyde is in the last group, I find him so cute with his sleepy looking eyes D;
imo queenie and whitney should be last they're the worst villagers i've had
but yeah of course these are based on their popularity so it's pretty accurate, maybe like 80% accurate lol

Isabella: Chrissy, Francine, and Julian were all equally hated and loved. Those were the most polarizing of all the villagers listed. Punchy was on the borderline of Desirable and Dreamy. Tangy was always Desirable but never reached the top which I was confused by. Everybody I know loves Tangy (including myself).

It surprised me how low some of the villagers were, such as Shari - I thought she was fairly popular! The dreamies weren't really a surprise at all though, but it's an interesting set of results

Interesting. True, I have seen some people who said they disliked Chrissy for her eyes being too big lol. Yeah, I can see Punchy being in the borderline though. I'm not a huge fan of Tangy (I wouldn't spend millions over her) but if I were given the opportunity in the campsite or a giveaway, I wouldn't mind having her in :3 But, I've also seen people dislike her.

But seriously, the fact that Whitney is top of the top makes me so mad LOL. She's literally the villager I hate the most. She's too plain looking, her snappy phrase pisses me off, and other reasons >:l

I guess I don't really feel anything about them? lol! I just don't really care about the "ranks" of the villagers, they're all pretty cool to me (except Tex). I'd take the "Dreamies" category as a category to avoid ever having any villagers from, because I don't want to have the same villagers as everybody else, but Merengue is in there. I just can't resist her. But I'm not trying for any "dreamies," I'm just taking whoever I encounter that seems like they'd make a good villager. It's hard for me to let go of villagers, though, so I haven't really had much variety.

Let's see how my current villagers stack up.

Dreamies: Skye, Merengue, Bruce (DANG! Go Bruce!)
Desirable: Zell, Freya, Blanche, Kiki, Molly, Cheri
Benchwarmers: Big Top. Big Top is flawless, IDK what the problem with people is.

My main dreamie I don't have (Ribbot) is in Fillers.




Things I am surprised about:
-Blanche's high placement! I adore Blanche but didn't think she was so popular! Makes me so happy, she's such a pretty Snooty!
-Bruce beating all the cranky wolves AND Apollo! Did not see that coming!
-Julian's low placement is understandable since people are so sick of him, but surprised that Marshal stayed so high up. Also surprised at Tangy's low placement.
-Katt made it out of the Undesirable tier? Yay, Katt!
-Maelle's extremely low placement. She was a starter in my town and she was so sweet! I'd love to have her return someday so I can get her picture!
-Molly is lower than I expected.
-Skye was one of my first 9 villagers and she's just the cutest and became my second favorite villager in the whole game after Kiki, so I am so happy and pleasantly surprised to see her take #3 on the list! She seems fairly popular but not as popular as other Normals such as Merengue, Marina, Molly, Fauna, etc. but she beat all of them!
-Glad to see Hazel and her flawless unibrow made it out of the bottom tier.
-Tabby is fierce, haters gonna hate.
-Poor Big Top. *hugs*
