How do you Cycle?

Hi, as the title says, how do you cycle? I want new villagers to move in, but I still have some dreamies in my town which I don't want to lose! I haven't started TT yet since I would probably put them into boxes by mistake.

If you have dreamies, don't TT, just wait a bit till they are in boxes.

I know, but it is just 3 dreamies, I have 7 villagers to cycle.

I wouldn't- the risk is too much. If you lose them then you won't be able to get them back till 16 villiger cycle.

this guide is really good if you want to move villagers out of your main town. as long as you follow it precisely and don't get impatient and skip steps you should be okay. (obviously i can't guarantee anything but i've used it a few times and haven't had any issues thus far)
