Apparently according to that ACCF wiki spaces thing... You only have to donate 400k instead of 500k for the fountain. They say the Prima guide is wrong.

It places a bridge somewhere along the river so you can travel easier =P, thanks guys, i thought there was a way to find out, but i'm wrong, I should really try to get 20k, then spend it all for a new bridge =P
