How do they make buffalo wings?

No, really. This has been annoying me for a while now, I mean buffalo dont have any wings (that I know of), so how the hell do we eat them???

Buffalo wings are just regular chicken wings.
Fried, cooled, and mixed in hot BBQ sauce.

Buffalo wings are called Buffalo wings because they were started in Buffalo. They are cooked Buffalo style. They are chicken wings, best deep fried with sauce on them. Garlic butter is good, hot is good, buffalo sauce is good

They really are chicken wings, which come from the city Buffalo which is in NY. I recently was there, and had wings at the place, that claims to be the birthplace of buffalo wings
