The same as on a guy, lol. Just with girl hair and a dress. And it's an oni mask, not ogre mask. I know the game says ogre, but it's really an oni mask, just like Nook is really a tanuki, not a raccoon. Nintendo changed it in the other versions because of all the stupid people who don't know about Japanese folklore. >_>
