How do i upload images from a 3DS SD Card?

I want to upload some ACNL images on TBT but its really hard for me do. Can someone help me>

Well, first of all, you have to take the SD card and insert it into the laptop/pc slot. Then you open the folder and drag the images you want on your desktop. Then you upload it to an image hosting site, and that's basically it.

But yeah, I'm pretty bad at explaining things.
