How do I take a pic of my town card?

I need to know, I mean my character has an unusual smile that will make you smile too. I think others have done it, how can I?

Once it's on the screen hit the home button and post it to Miiverse. Then you can access your Miiverse account from the web and save the pic.

Nah I'm not going to do Miiverse or my phone, I don't even have one. Any other suggestions?

Remove the glass screen from your 3DS and carefully peel it out.

Miiverse is the easiest way, I don't think you can save it to the SD card or anything since you can't take a snapshot of it via the shoulder buttons.

Those are really your only options? Miiverse, camera, phone camera.
Theres no way to "take a picture" of your bottom screen in-game like using L&R to capture the top screen.
The final and most expensive option would be to purchase a 3DS capture card (and can only be used on the original 3DS), but Miiverse would virtually give the same result so.

Open Miiverse while looking at your card, it'll take you straight to the ACNL community and maybe give you the option to post.

Oh yeah that's it, my character with the unusual smile. Want to know how I did it? I'll tell you:

I used the Sunniness emote right when it was going to take a pic at the nick of time, It turned out to be that. I wanted another pic with the Sunniness emote but I just couldn't resist that smile, that smile was just too adorable the way it turned out to be.

So yes it is possible to make your character smile with your character's eyes and mouth closed, only downside it has to be done by taking an ID photo.

Now i'm going to make an avatar out of it. Tell me if I did it right, if not. Explain what I did wrong.
