How do i put a gif as my pfp?

I can't seem to get it to work, i bought the Avatar Animation in the shop and have it enabled but my pfp only turns out to be a still image. How do i make this work?

You have to make sure your animated avatar image is the exact same size as the forum's restrictions (100x100 / 100x150 if you have the extension / or smaller size). If your image is slightly larger then it wont work!
