How do I give a partition wall to someone without the dlc

I was wondering am I able to give someone a partition wall from the dlc and if I can, how do I?

Can’t you make one? It’s a recipe so you’d have to craft it. Not sure if they can use it in their homes though, without owning the DLC (since that is a feature exclusively to HHP)

I'm sorry to say but there is no way to learn the Partain wall without the DLC. You'll have to craft it for them and then give it to them.
