how do i get brewster and the museum

I was just wondering since I wasn't here Nov 3 how do i get Brewster and the museum and the bar since it says i have the latest update

If you've already got the museum and enough progress, you just start at step 3 below. I found brewster on the first kapp'n tour after talking to blathers. Also found gyroid on that same island. Pretty easy.

1. Make Sure You've Upgraded Blather's Tent to the museum..
2. Have Enough Progress To Unlock New Features.
3. Speak To Blathers.
4. See Kapp'n For A Boat Tour.
5. Track Down Brewster On A Mystery Island.
6. Don't Forget The Gyroids.
7. Report Your Success.
8. An Exciting Announcement From Isabelle.

Make sure your Resident Services is built and have K.K. Slider visited your island. Also make sure you donate fish, fossil, bug, and piece of art to the museum to trigger the mission to search for Brewster.
