How do I get blue flowers?

I've read so many things that I don't know how to get those kind of flowers anymore (like, you need to buy flowers from Leif and then breed them etc.) :/ Could you please help me?

Just note, it will take forever. I have been trying to get blue roses for over a month now.

I cried when I bred my first blue rose! It was SO rewarding after all the work. Just be patient. It does take a few weeks, but you can do it

I've bred many.

Breed an orange rose using a yellow and a red rose.

Breed a purple rose using two white roses.

Breed the orange and the purple rose.

Keep any red rose that comes from them, as that is your hybrid red.

Destroy or move any other orange or purple that spawn, as they don't have the proper parents, so remember your planting order with the orange, and the purple.

When you have two hybrid reds, plant them, and use fertilizer.

Time travel helps, as it can take a while to get your blue rose, but you WILL get it.

Once you have two blue roses, they breed very easily.

Also remember your hybrid red planting order, and disguard any red roses that spawn from your hybrid red.
They are useless.

I did buy blue roses from here almost a year ago, and they only spawned white, which means they were hacked.

I threw them out, and did it myself from scratch.

It's much more rewarding.

Currently, there are 3 types of Blue Flowers

Violets, Pansies, and Roses

Blue Violets

Purple and White
Purple and Yellow
Purple and Purple

Blue Pansises

White and White
Yellow and White
Blue and Blue <-- Best Combo

Blue Roses

First, you need to make a Hybrid Red Rose, Which is a red rose with an Orange and/or Purple Parent
Hybrid Red Rose = Orange and White
Hybrid Red Rose = Orange and Purple
Hybrid Red Rose = Red and Purple

Now that you've made a Hybrid Red Rose, Use it to make a Blue Rose
Hybrid Red Rose and Hybrid Red Rose
Hybrid Red Rose and Orange
Blue and Blue Rose <-- Best Combo

NOTE: Getting Blue Roses can take a VERY long time, so be patient!

I've been able to do the pansies and violets but I can't seem to get the blue roses, it's very frustrating.

Blue roses were a huge pain to grow, but when I did get them it was nice. I went months without any results though.
