How Do I Get A Villager Into The Campsite

I want to get one of my villagers into my campsite iv'e tried Wisp Iv'e tried talking to Harvey tapping the Amibo card does not work I saw it on the trailer for the update?

Do you mean the PWP campsite? I assumed they could only stay in the RV Park if they came from an amiibo. The only way to invite them is to use Wisp, and select something like "Come play with me!" And they should show up in the RV Park. From there you should just be able to move them in, chat, or buy from them I think.

The HHD cards will not put a villager into the campsite; only the upcoming welcome amiibo cards will do that. Until those come out only amiibo figures will add anyone to the campsite.

The HHD cards apparently just allow you to invite the character to move in.
