How do I get a high hha rating?

The expected for my house is 50,000 points yet I only have around 20,000. My room has all furniture from the same series and Lyle pointed that out and said it was good and whatever but then why is my score so low? He also said the placement of everything was great so I don't get what I need to fix in order to get what's expected for my house. Does anyone know what I can do to get a higher rating? Ty! xx

I reccomend watching this YouTube video, reading this guide and reading this Wiki article to truly understand the ways of the HHA. They all explain it much better and more reliably than I could.
