how do i exactly get the mushroom series?

i searched from the wiki but im still kinda confused on how to get the mushroom series. im in October right now

I believe you just have to pick mushrooms in November, and if you're lucky it may be an item from the mush series.

Through November, there will be mushrooms under some of the trees, and sometimes one of the mushrooms will actually be part of the Mush Series. If you have mushrooms out for decoration, though, you'll have to remove them, since there's a limit to how many can be in your town. They might also only spawn under a certain type of tree, I'm not sure. :/
