How do I change my outfit in Harvey's island?

I have finally finished making my cosplay outfit but wanted to know if I had to be dressed already before going to Harvey's island to take pictures or if I could change there?

Also for my other characters do they need to be dressed already? or can they get changed at the island too?

You can change your outfits (custom or in-game clothes) at Harvey's island. When you're in the creator mode, you just hover your cursor on your character and press X.
