How did you wake up Gulliver?

I've talked to him several times but he doesn't wake up.

finally, I have to hit him with a net to wake him up and he also asked me a question

I never had to resort to hitting him with anything, but I did talk to him a million times, yes. It was all worth it though, because I have my adorable little rooster from Portugal.

I stopped talking to him because he kept speaking drunk nonsense, and my friends were at my town so we were just laughing at that then left him alone. I didn't think he would give something though..

Yes he did, although he really got angry, he asked me a question properly
