How did you name and design your mayor?

My mayor's name is Serena because I've always loved Sailor Moon. Town name is Flores because I wanted a town filled with flowers (flores = flowers in Spanish).

I named my mayor after myself! At the beginning, I tried to make my mayor look like me, but the only real resemblance now is the ponytail she wears. I'd like to think that her pastel style is how I would dress if it were more comfortable!

my mayor is based loosely off me, but possibly wears more dresses than I have ever owned in my lifetime :'D she's like a girlier version of me. jules is my nickname. I didn't want to use my real name coz it just feels too long and "formal" lol.

I have 2 Towns,
With my first town, my Town and Mayor are both have Polish names.
My town "Piekno" means beauty in Polish, while my Mayor has the name "Lilia" which is Polish for Lily.

My second town, I have a winter themed town that I haven't worked on as much, but I named the town Snowflur with my mayor (Who is a snow queen) named Eira

i used my real name for my mayor (tae) and then i designed his face with the sleepy eyes because i just liked the sleepy eyes i guess haha. he's cute right now with his green hair and little santa hat on.

I named her Rainn. I knew I wanted a forest themed town saved in the rain, so I thought it was perfect. She has brown hair, blue eyes, and I dress her in whatever I like, so I guess she's themed after me.

I named her Luna after my online alias lunarkitty. I just dress her up with whatever cute QR codes I have found. For now I seem to have found a permanent summer and winter outfit I love though. <3

I have always based my mayor off myself and picked hairstgles similar to mine. For clothes, I always picked stuff I liked but couldnt find in real life so I could still wear it in game and see what it would be like if I could wear it in real life.

I named my mayor after my real life name but since its 9 letters, it didnt fit so I decided to put Gabriel instead

I design my mayor very kawaii since I love kawaii things! Right now, she is wearing the kiki and lala dress, white stockings, ballet shoes, thick glasses (They are my go to accessory) and the hair bow wig since I'm TT and my natural hair is always a mess, I'm going to change it back to my original natural hair when I'm finished with TTing

it's too weird to call the character "my mayor" for some reason.
my character is... well, they're me. :') I actually don't get people that name the character some random name tbh. just doesn't make sense to my brain. but it's cool, everyone can do whatever they want, even if I don't understand it.

My mayor is using a gaming name I've used for years--originally because it was the girliest name I could think of for a blood-and-gutsy Diablo II character.

But design? Is that really the norm? I'm in Shampoodle every day, and my bedroom is one big closet. My secret storage is two more big closets. Do people not get dressed every day before they start their routine?

I feel like in games with dress up options, people don't put in the effort of changing outfits every day. I sure don't. LOL since it's a game and not real life, can get away with being lazy like that. don't have to worry about washing laundry or anything like that, so can just wear the same outfit for a while.
I know people get really stuck on certain stuff, it's happened to me too. I can stay dressed as Tingle for ages without wanting to change the outfit. XD but I don't always wanna be dressed as Tingle either, so I def have other stuff on hand.
I might be more into changing clothes in game if we had better ways to change faster. 4 mannequins aren't enough tbh. otherwise, you gotta drag a bunch of clothes out, and that gets annoying. for me, at least.
or make it easier to dress and remove the clothes from the mannequins...
