How can we get Holden?!

I just saw a new hamster, Holden http://animalcrossing.wikia.com/wiki/Holden and it says only exclusive to Japan? Does anyone know how they are getting him?

I've heard that he was only available at a certain store in Japan or something. I was bummed, too. I would've loved to have another hamster!

He can never move to no one town not even in Japan
And he only for Japan for the furniture
