I’m looking for a way to access the black market and sell villagers and get turnips any idea on how to access it

black market? the only black market in animal crossing is selling things for real dollars or scamming people.

Now i am curious what other gaming communities you were part of that had a black market, or maybe i am the one who needs to keep up with what is going in these gaming streets XD Anyway, you can sell your villagers here or discord, and there are other websites for this too. Check the new neighbor network if you havent already.
When your villager asks to move out and have all their stuff in boxes, you can invite other people to come and get them. As for turnips, i think you need to build nook cranny first to have daisy visit your island on sundays and sell them to you, but you can buy them in other islands too! I mean, to "sell" villagers you need to wait until they're about to move ("in boxes" as they say, meaning they're house is packed and they'll leave the next day) and then find someone online who wants to buy them, and I'm sure there are people who'd pay in turnips, if that's what you're asking. On the front page of these forums there's a market to sell/trade villagers, but I'm new here and don't know how to link to it!
But I don't think there's a "black market"... on here at least. I've heard of villagers selling for real money, but there's that article that keeps popping up about how it's against the Nintendo ToS. And I'm guessing... it would be frowned upon to link to something like that on here, yes? Not that I would, of course. The whole idea of selling for real money feels super weird to me.

Sounds to me like either a joke or someone that has no real concept of this community and/or may be new to the game.
Stowaway on Redd's ship and find out where he buys/trades his forged art pieces to gain access to the black market.
If you stand on the exact centre of your island at midnight and press A,A.B,B,Y,Y,X,X,up,down,left,right, a portal to the black market will open on one of your beaches.
It's quite tricky to pull off, as you have to be dead centre. If it doesn't work the first night, keep trying until it does.
