how are you at flirting?

It's weird... I don't deliberately try to flirt with people. But it seems like whenever I talk to a guy about a common interest it's considered flirting by somebody. I consider myself okay at flirting--I can do it well whenever I want to, but most of the time I don't want to as I'm very modest and get embarrassed at even the slightest sign of public affection (apathetic, huh?).
 
I'm rubbish at flirting, rubbish enough that I can't even tell when someone is flirting with me! After I started going out with my boyfriend people would be telling me that he had been flirting with me for a long time and they were surprised I didn't notice! I think I'm the more cuddly one in my relationship while my boyfriend is the one who compliments me all the time... :P
 
Pretty good when I don't realize that's what I'm doing. However, when I realize that, it often goes downhill.
 
I don't really flirt too much but when I do there is a 75% chance for awkwardness and the rest is success. Hence the reason I sit in my house, and use the internets.

I have a very optimistic/outgoing personality and my being nice to guys gets taken as being flirty multiple times. I get a little nervous around the particular person I like when I'm not dating.
But, I do like to flirt and I think I'm pretty good at it. As weird as it sounds, my friend told me there was a "line of guys waiting to date me", but I will never believe that.
It's fun to flirt, as long as you're not flirting with others while in a relationship!
 
yeah, i think flirting for me comes naturally and I do it without even realizing. I won't do extremes though, like actually trying to make a move. I just smile and compliment them and try to be sweet.
 
I think I'm alright, my friend flirts with guys and girls (he's straight) and they usually just have a good laugh about it or makes them smile. So I tried it out and it worked really well.
 
I agree with Dust...
I don't feel comfortable flirting at all. I'm too shy omg.
I also don't want to ruin a friendship I have with a girl to the point where she hates me :P
 
Growing up my mom always looked down on relationships with people and though i'm in HS and i know so many friends in relationships,she still looks down on it.Like i can't get married when i'm in college :mad: Anyways.Growing up i kinda mooched off of her lifestyle and how she thinks so i don't flirt with guys.I act really awkward and just stand there if i'm with a guy friend. Way to go raising me up to make me think flirting makes you a slut mom...

Well there is this girl I've liked for a while and we kind of flirt regularly. It's fine and all but sometimes it gets a little awkward. Especially FaceBook conversations that usually end up like this
