How and where can I use my user title color change?

I remember buying one back in 2015 or so but when I used it it didn't work so I bought another one now
But I forgot how to use such thing? Where do I have to go to use it because I can't find it anywhere??

Once you've bought one, you have to check it out in your inventory and then click on "configure".

You can then put in a hex code or whatever for the colour you want to use, and then you just tick it to make sure that it is active.

You can only configure it once, though, so if you buy one and choose your colour, if you want a different colour you'll have to buy it again.

Looks like it glitched out when I first bought it again and didn't transfer so it didn't have the configure sign so thank you~ at first I thought you had to enter the actual sentence you wanted
