How accurate is the acnl wiki regarding bug catching information

I have been trying to find a house centipede and although the wiki states that they are available from August to October, I am starting to question that as Ive so far only heard of people catching them in august. If anyone has caught one outside of august or simply knows of someone who has, or can confirm the accuracy of the wiki, I would really appreciate it.

I've seen them in the fall. You just gotta keep hitting those rocks and hope that one pops out.

I caught one just yesterday and it's September in my game. Also, be aware that they are only available from 7pm to 8am.

The wiki is usually slightly off about some things (especially the nibble-fish, that thing is WAYYY rarer than just "scarce"). I've only ever caught house centipedes in September

The house centipede may take an hour of going around bashing rocks. It's pretty rare.
