House Planning "Blueprint" Chart!

So I've been doing this for quite a while and figured I would share with the rest of the community, I don't know if other people are THIS into decorating their houses but yeah I just wanted to share.

It's a chart for a full house in ACNL, all size rooms, the grayed out areas are the spaces where doors are, the center bottom is the main room, left and right are the rooms to the left and right, back is the back room, and the top left and right are the basement and the top floor.

All you need to know is that all max expanded rooms are 8X8 so you just have to find out how big each furniture piece you plan to place is, like most beds and larger tables are 4 spaces, or 2X2, dressers and couches are usually two spaces or 2X1, chairs and small decor like plants and stuff are 1 space!

I usually print these out so I can draw on them in pencil and move stuff around until I have all the furniture figured out and then I translate it into the game, I've also used this to make a rad bookcase maze because you just have to make sure you have at least one space walking space between any two items.

I hope other people than me make use of this chart, I didn't feel it belonged in Able Sister's because it's just a blueprint planner for homes!

Bumping this in case anybody wants to use it/hasn't seen it. I have 4 of my rooms for my mayor's house planned already! Still don't know what to do with the toy room and the living room... working on it though!

You could turn the toy room into a classroom instead. Or you could use Sanrio furniture to create a toy room geared towards girls. As far as the living room goes, I'd try to make something pretty out of the minimalist series

I'm going to be using A LOT of the Sanrio furniture in my house already, I am going to be putting the pastel kiddie stuff in the toyroom as well as probably the teacups from HHD.

And yeah I am going to have a mostly white living room, I might do white and blue cause I kind of love the white festive tree... not sure about having out year round though... maybe I'll have something similar in size take it's place and just take it out for the Holidays...
