Really? That's pretty cool. Does this work for villagers who live near the ocean? I'll have to listen next time.
My house is right next to the railway, but I've never noticed if you can hear trains or not. I remember when I moved in Nook saying something about how the spot I chose was good for people who were rail enthusiasts.

I haven't tried listening with the villagers' houses yet, that's a really good idea for something to listen for.
