Buying House Exteriors

I'm looking for some house exteriors. I'm willing to give a 40K tip for each Nook item since it'll really help me out. If anyone has any of these in their Nook shop, I would love to come by so I could to get that exterior in my shop! I'm looking for:

Sweets Mailbox

White Brick Exterior

Grass Roof
Melon Exterior
Hedge Fence (regular)

My Nook's is closed atm and I'm not TT'ing much in my main town anymore but I always update my thread in the train station and am happy to have people come over. So can look there in the future.

No, but if you go to someone else's Nook shop and see something you like, you can get it in your town the next day.
