House exterior

I've been waiting for a very long time now to see the Brown Brick Exterior or the Brick Pavement in my Tom Nooks and it never seems to be in there. I only discovered the other day that you can go to other towns and in Tom Nooks shop you can request they send the designs to your own town so that you can then purchase them and so I was wondering if anyone currently had these in their Tom Nooks and would let me visit?
