Horror town help!

im thinking of doing a horror town named LostSoul
it would be about a dead little girl named Anna... her ghost nicknamed Stitches because she died on her bike getting stitches at the doctor from a terrible accident... now she is on the prowl for her own soul back so she can see her friends back on earth (kinda like Undertale concept)

what should i do about my house and stuff.. i was thinking about a normal house, kitchen, bedroom, playroom for Stitches/Anna, and possibly a outdoor lawn place...

Now I dont know if i want a 2nd character to represent the doctor that was trying to help her and make his house a hospital or not...

I got Stitches/Anna's clothing down pat and it looks creepy af
