I really like the picture you did of Amy. The other one, well.. the character looks a bit stiff. As in, it's really not doing any action, just standing there really. Capturing the essence of action or movement can really bring the subject to life. Really interested in seeing how you progress though!

My thoughts exactly. I'm not really that much of a drawer, but I would agree that adding an action (even sitting and staring in the distance with her head turned) adds depth.
