so far i have every room other than the basement. but only the main room is at the largest size which is 8x8. i don't really like the full sized rooms, so i always expand the rooms once to 6x6 then stop. here's my actual question though, can i change the house style if my rooms aren't fully expanded to 8x8? i haven't asked him recently so i'm not sure, but before when i only had the main room and upstairs he said my home was not big enough.
