[Nerd House]

So I recently finished all my home renovations (yay all rooms and expansions!), so now I am trying to decorate and set them all up. So far I only have the kitchen done.

What I need are ideas for my other rooms and things to go into them!

Also good wallpaper/carpet combos. I am absolutely terrible at matching them together! ^^;;;

My best advice is pick a theme ASAP!! Whether you want to or not. If you eventually want to gain points it is so much easier to start off from the beginning rather than change later on. That's what I'm doing. Not fun.

Room? what kind of feel do you want your house to be? A homey house? A hotel, restaurant, cafe? xD I had mine with:

Main room: Reception, waiting area, blah blah~
Right room: My mayor office~study room~ working room whatever you name it xD is for business talk there =D
Back room: A cafe~ with dessert serve and a nice aroma coffee (still WIP but for any guest to enjoy as long as they want and all food is free!!)
Left room: *cough* a garden? planning to have many types of flowers and cactus arrange =x very relaxing xD
Second floor: My princess bedroom! The only room all over the house with themed furniture xD
Basement: Kitchen~ But perhaps change it to something else~ doesn't see too pleasant for me~

In future I will have another house to be set up like a hotel with bedroom, buffet area, gift shop, lobby and one sloppy set up room where my character stay right? xD

I like your kitchen! I visited your dream town and that was such a cool room, I like how it looks like a seafood restaurant with the tasty sea creatures in tanks xD

I guess a home-y type feel.

Those are some neat ideas, I especially like the garden one!

I might visit your dream address to take a look and hopefully get some creative inspiration.

The houses are very well decorated. And look very expensive xD Too bad you can't order things from dreams ; ;

If you are going for a home-y feel my house may be of some inspiration to you! (not the back room or the basement, but the rest of it XD)

Also some of my favorite interiors that I've seen were in Lion (2800-1841-9922). There's a pretty big mix of stuff there.
